- new old stock, top of heart didn't get enameled right to top edge, clear varnish over enamel is not perfect, has a couple of black spots/bubbles under varnish

No returns please .... The jewelry I sell is vintage / retro and as they are pre-owned pieces, they've been worn, stored in jewelry boxes, etc and as such, will show wear and/ or light scratches!
